Stabil Drill's Torque-Sub is specifically designed to deliver at-the-bit reaming performance. Its short body design is manufactured from chromium molybdenum alloy steel with chemistries formulated for downhole tools. Its durable cutting structure enables placement between the bit and mud motor in directional applications. The torque-sub also allows maximum efficiency on directional wells where doglegs necessitate a reaming run through the build section. Synthetic diamond-enhanced inserts are designed distinctively for continuous reaming, capable of maintaining full gauge hole in soft to medium hard rock. With each insert brazened into the body, there are no moving parts to wear or fail.
