Stabil Drill's new SMFI Hydroclean™ line of products is specifically designed to reduce or eliminate cuttings and torque problems associated with extended reach and other non-conventional wells.The unique design of the profiles for drill pipe, heavy weight pipe, low torque subs and even tubing, provides not only hole cleaning, but also prevents differential sticking, reduces torque and improves hydraulic performance.
In extensive use on hundreds of wells all over the world, Hydroclean has reduced torque/drag and pickup weight; reduced or eliminated wiper trips and backreaming; eliminated differential sticking; and showed no discernable tool wear after more than 750 rotating hours.
Additionally, cuttings size was increased and cuttings showed up at the surface in predicted bottoms-up time.
